Each item in our store has a selection box for the different shipping methods available. Most items allow for upgraded shipping, however, this does not change the amount of time needed to process the order. Please note that each shipping option does not include weekend or holiday delivery.
In the event that a product does have overnight shipping options, please note that this does not include weekend or holiday delivery. Overnight orders must be received by us prior to 9:00 a.m. PST to ensure that it is shipped out that same day. Overnight orders placed after that time will be shipped out the next day.
We strive to ship all of our gifts within a 24 hour period if placed before 9 a.m. PST. Most do ship out within that time however this is not a guarantee. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but sometimes due to a heavy volume of orders, it may take longer.
Shipping times stated on our website are estimated and we cannot guarantee shipment times as we cannot control delays incurred by UPS, Fedex or the Postal Service. We will not refund shipping costs due to delays beyond our control.
We can ship anywhere within United States for most of our items. Alaska & Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. Many items can also be shipped to Canada.
We cannot ship packages to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or FPO Boxes. A recipient phone number is required on all orders.
Although we will try our best to meet your delivery date requirements, during peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow additional time for shipping during the holidays.
**All personalized gift items take 2-3 days to process before shipping.
Hospital Deliveries
We do not guarantee hospital deliveries. Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. These shipments go to a general receiving department being routed to the patients room. Sorry , no refunds will be given if the patient checks out or cannot be located.
Changes in Shipping Information
If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed or the shipping address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly make the necessary changes.
If the gift has already been picked up by the Courier Company, we will need to contact them to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
You are responsible for providing the accurate and complete shipping address, including the Gift Recipients Name, street number and street name, floor, suite, or apartment number, if applicable, and zip code.

We are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website. Processing hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Not necessarily as some of our products come from different quality gift basket designers that we utilize. These designers enable us to offer you a wonderful array of gifts for your choosing.This may also mean that your gifts may not arrive on the same day as each other as some of the gift basket designers are from different regions of the United States.
Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?
Yes you can. When ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like them to ship in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier.
