Refunds : Returns
We take great pride in our ability to give you quality gifts. If for some reason, there is an error on our part or if you are not completely satisfied with your gift you may exchange it or return it for a refund. If you decide you do not want your purchase and decide to return it, we must receive the item(s) back in new and original condition within 30 days. The item must be received back with original packaging, not damaged, used or worn and have the original tags and package materials with them. It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur enroute back to us. New condition must be received back to us in order to give credit of goods. We will refund you the price of the product once items are received back to us in new condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us for a return.
(Note: Sorry, we do not accept returns on “personalized” items. Please ensure that all the personalization information is accurate when placing your order.
